resume advice

Im re-doing my resume and am debating about the work experience section. I have had the same job for almost 7 years now and it is the only job I have ever had in the same field im applying in so it is obviously most relevant (healthcare). All my jobs prior to that were short lived and not the same field (retail stuff) BUT were all supervisor positions. I know in school they always said have 3 on there atleast but it seems jumbled with useless info by doing that. I also think being an entry level position, my education and credentials will be more weight. So just the one or more? How many more? Any other thoughts.

Google a competency based resume. Focus on your accomplishments and positions as a supervisor.

I would list employment history for the past 10 years only. That's what I was taught to do. It doesn't always matter if it is the same field, because some skills are transferable. Supervisory positions have many transferable skills that are used.
