Try a warm bath or heating pad. Bananas help as well.

Okay, I already tried the heating pad and this may seem odd but I noticed when I use it I bleed more.
I'm going to eat a banana on the bath. And whine like a baby. Thanks.

Yes you will bleed more, but its not going to stop until all that comes out. So its helping anyway and should help with the pain as well (i hope it does for a lot of us) Take some pain medication, whatever you have on hand should be find unless the dr said other wise. I probably used ibuprophan for all of mine just bc i only keep that and asprin and i was once told dont take asprin when bleeding lol

So sorry your going through that, wish I had a magic cure for you. Do you have any prescription pain pills? I used Naporsyn for my painful cramps. When all else fails and I'm in so much pain, I take something that will put me to sleep.
