No. I would however file the injured spouse form, just as I have before.

 Yes, I would. We need that money...we don't use it on lavish vacations or expensive clothes, electronics, etc. We use it throughout the whole year as supplemental income, because we don't make enough money to do anything besides pay the bills - and we make too much money to qualify for PA! So that tax money is the only way we are able to feed our kids, put gas in the car, and buy any other extras we might need in a year like school supplies, vet bills, etc. I can't risk losing it to child support. But then again I'm not married, and SO is completely current on his child support, so thankfully it's not an issue for us.

No we'd file together and pay it out. The sooner it gets paid off the better.
