84 minutes of snuggle time?

i heard on the radio the other day who said something like, the average healthy couple needs to have about 84 minutes of snuggle time a week to maintain a healthy relationship? I could be off with the exact amount of minutes, but i know that it was over 80 minutes at least.

how do you relate to that? do you get enough snuggle time or more than that?

Proud mom of an ornery 3 year old boy, a very smart 6 year old girl! Married for 4.5 years, together for 7! Fun loving, open-minded, eco-friendly, creative,friendly, different strokes work for different folks, lady! I stay at home, work at home, love it all!

We co-sleep and right now the lo needs to be between us, so we don't get to cuddle in bed, and the rest of the time we are lucky if we can hug each other a few times a day, so no. We've had times hen we felt a little disconnected, but we make sure to talk to each other about it and make time.

We probably get that almost every night.

SO loves to cuddle... He holds me every
Morning and we will cuddle while watching tv.

However, I may be the only woman to say I don't really like cuddling.... :( I like it for two minutes then I like to move around. If I didn't get my necessary 84 minutes I wouldn't be at a loss.

We need to snuggle more, we don't really do much of it now.

S/O and I are always touching...at the very least. Sit together on the couch to watch tv, together while cooking, snuggling before bed, etc. I can definitely see us getting over 84 minutes of snuggling in a week.
