URI in cat, anyone dealt with it?

I adopted 2 cats from the SPCA almost 2 weeks ago and they both have an uri. They have both been to the vet and for the 3 month old kitten they gave me amoxicillin and eye drops for her and besides a sneeze she's great.

Guinevere, the 9 month old kitty, isn't doing as well. When I brought her in for the first visit she was doing fine then over the weekend she got worse so I brought her in and they gave me l lysine and said since it wasnt green she didn't want to give meds. Well a few days later it turned green and she did finally give her a shot, conviena.

Well she got the shot last Thursday and her poor nose is still really bad, to the point that I've used a bulb syringe to clean it out and I've been doing steam showers with her as well.

So what do I do from here? A 4th vet visit in less than 2 weeks? Or do I let it run its course?
