DH WON'T LEAVE

I'm pregnant with twins. Been with Dh for ten years. I am tired of his bs and want him to leave. These babies were not planned but are welcome. Problem is, he says he is not leaving. We live in my grandmother's house so me leaving is not a possibility. I am really done with him and think I will be better off without him. Any suggestions?

Check your state laws for  tenant rights. YOu may be able to throw him out or you may have to legally evict him

Since it is your grandmother's house, can't she kick him out?   Your grandmother could get the police involved and do an eviction on him.

File for divorce. He can't exactly ignore that.

Call the cops. Tell them you had an agreement that he would leave on this date. And now he won't leave. If they come im pretty sure they have to make someone leave. Then change the locks and drop his shit off at his family's place.

Maybe it is your hormones? I know when I get PMS every month I was to strangle my husband.
