I own a few rental properties. Recently I had to go to the courts to remove a family from one of my properties. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to my rent. Basically one strike and you're out. I don't care what the reason is, if you can't afford to pay the rent, you don't need to be there.
These tenants came to me pleading with me to work with them. All because her husband chose poorly and chose a job that had no stability. I can't help it if he was unwise in his job decision. So he got laid off. Not my problem. Then they said they had no where else to go, and that their son has ADHD. How he was in an established place, and it would be crushing for him to have to move so suddenly. They also complained that they hadn't the money to move and they will essentially have to lose most of their belongings. It's still not my problem.
So what! I really could care less about your kids losing their things. I have bills to pay too! I have a $5600 mortgage of my own to pay. I have two $650 dollar car payments. I have utilities to pay too. My 15 YO is planning an 8 week trip to Europe this may. And that's not cheap! Not to mention, I need to have money to pay for my sons graduation present. I was planning on buying him a Porsche Boxster. I can't afford any of this if I was to feel sorry for every sob story I heard out there. Its not going to happen.
Ever hear of " its a dog eat dog world" Its a true statement. If you can't afford the finer things in life then you need to live within your means. If you can't get a great job that will prove stability, then you should know where you are in life. You are at the bottom. You and your offspring are not entitled to anything. So get over it. I can't believe people. Really?!
Sweet! I got my SS a Boxster for his birthday. Maybe he and your ds would like to race for pinks!
WOW you are a bitch and I hope everyone moves out of your rentals since you feel so entitled maybe if you lived within your means without the rental income you wouldnt be such a bitch.
Karma will bite you in the ass, but Im hoping this is a fucking troll.

Do you want a cookie?
dont give mean people cookies !
So, say I'm renting one of your homes and, oh, IDK, I go out of town for a funeral....or my child has died, or has cancer or something like that and I can't get the rent to you on time, you'd kick me out? Even if it was a day late?
IDK, you seem kinda heartless to me. I mean, my landlords are very much a "pay me or get out" kind of people, but they also know that shit happens sometimes. With the way the economy is today, NO job is stable.....
