dessert every night? how about a snack before bed.

I feel like the only parent who doesn't do that.

They get dessert if they eat their dinner. Sometimes it's just 4-5 chocolate chips. But no snack before bed.

Nope we don't. It's rare they get either after dinner.

I don't. I hardly ever do dessert. I don't do a snack before bed. My son doesn't eat well at night anyway. He is not a big dinner eater, and if he whines that he's hungry, I tell him he can have his dinner warmed up again. He always declines lol.

Hell no! He has ADHD and does not need sugars and dyes and all that crap right before bedtime. lol Every once in a great while we'll let him have ice cream, but thats a rare treat and NEVER right before bed. lol

They dont get dessert every night, maybe twice a week, sometimes none at all. If they are hungry before a certain time at night they can have fruit or half a peanut butter sandwich. They can't eat anything after 7pm.

no snack before bed, but dessert every night yes.  It could be an apple, or a bowl of yogurt.  It's part of dinner for us

Dessert is usually a thing when we go out for dinner, which is not very often at all, last time we ate out was before Thanksgiving. Every now and then they may get a small cookie after lunch, if they eat all their lunch, but desserts aren't a huge thing in this home.
