Yaz! My OB just put me on it & I'll start it in a couple weeks, but DH was a little freaked out because he's seen the ads for blood clots...Was your experience good or bad?

Based on everything I have heard about that pill I won't even consider it. I would ask for another one.

I think she gave it to me because it's supposed to help with pms. So far all of the other pills I've tried make my pms terrible!

That it's horrible. Straight up horrible. You haven't seen the "If you were on Yaz" lawyer commercials? Research the drug. It's up to you in the long run if you want to take it or not.

I have never taken it, but a friend ended up in a coma for 6 weeks from it. She just kept feeling more & more rundown every day & then she just passed out & that was it. She does NFP now since they said that she almost died.

I was on it years ago...probably about 3 now. I never had any issues with it.

There's a chance of blood clots with pretty much all birth control.
