The "do you judge formula moms" thread got me curious.

Sorry there aren't more options, I just had trouble thinking of others so I just posted it as is.

You need an other. I had to stop breast feeding because I got pregnant and my milk dried up.

I chose to stop after 3 weeks (or so) because I just flat out didnt like it. I didn't feel comfortable doing it.

1 mom liked this
More than six months

But there would have to be about 14 more options to make this post "acceptable". ;-)

Hahahahaha

I nursed my oldest for 18 months. He weaned on his own.

My youngest is now a year old and showing no signs of wanting to stop anytime soon.

I had/have great support with both of them. My husband highly supports breastfeeding and understands its benefits.
He would be dissapointed if I chose not to nurse. (although I would never choose not to).

My family (parents and such) were very supportive as well.

The only group it was a little odd with was my friends. A lot of my friends were not very educated on nursing or just thought it was weird or whatever but it didn't really bother me.

Other, I couldn't breastfeed due to the medications I was taking and I dried up right away so there wasn't any milk.
