How close to your goal are you and how much have you lost?
Ive lost 60. 85 more to go.
I've gained like 20 pounds. WAHH pregnancy. Can't wait to continue losing weight after this last baby! :)
I *need* to lose 14 pounds to get back to pre pregnancy weight. I'd like to lose 20-25. I'm out of shape though and need to ease back into exercising.

Wow that's awesome, 60 pounds.
To motivate myself, I keep sanded weights around and use them during my workout. The more I lose the more I increase the weight. So, I've lost 18 pounds, I use 18 pounds of weight so that I can feel the difference first handed. I don't want to get too muscle-y so I plan on stopping at 20 though for working out, though I still want to pick the weights up just to feel the difference

I've lost about 40 and still have 30 to go maybe. I haven't really set a definite goal yet. I'm less worried about pounds and more worried about size.
