That's awesome! I'm too unfit for that right now.

To motivate myself, I keep sanded weights around and use them during my workout. The more I lose the more I increase the weight. So, I've lost 18 pounds, I use 18 pounds of weight so that I can feel the difference first handed. I don't want to get too muscle-y so I plan on stopping at 20 though for working out, though I still want to pick the weights up just to feel the difference

I've lost 30 lbs since having DS...only 40 to go. damn carls jr. monster biscuits
