My heartbreaking confession

I can't anymore. :(
I used to have this super loud whistle that would stop DD or the dog in their tracks... but since I had surgery, half my face doesn't work properly therefore I can not shape my lips/mouth correctly to get that whistle. Maybe my facial movement will improve, maybe not. Idk if it will ever be normal again. I wish it would. I look like a druggy in some pics because my left eye looks droopy even though it's just because my right side of my face is slightly paralyzed, I guess, and my right eye stays significantly more open than my left.
It could be worse. My face could still be completely numb/paralyzed. It's improved quite a lot and it's only been a little over 2 months so, my hopes are still kind of high. They said it will be at least a year before it stops improving(unless I get to 100% normal before then).
I couldn't roll a r to save my life.
My bf can't whistle.

I can't imagine not being able to whistle. But a lot of people can't lol. My husband can't.
