The bitch called my phone and told me she is moving in my house. She also informed me she and dh are going to fight for custody because i have depression. Shw said they are going to use that against me. I havent said anything to dh about it but i will in a few.

I wonder what he will say

Depression is not a reason to take your children. Honestly she sounds a little unstable. Record her next time and let your attorney have a field day.

they cant use depression against you... my husband tried that when we were seperated and the court laughed at him... dont let them scare you with that.
