3 day military diet... UPDATE

Has anyone done this? Did you get results?

UPDATE:

Well ladies, I started on Friday morning at 139.4 lbs... This morning I was 137.2. Not a huge difference. Day 1 was easy and I felt great. Day 2 SUCKED for me. I was hungry, had a headache and didn't have any energy. But then day 3 I felt great and had tons of energy! I will not be doing this diet again, but I'm glad I tried it. :)

Ive seen this as the cardiac diet as well. One of those hoax type diets Im sure.

It's starvation

your body will end up burning muscle for fuel

I would fall over dead half way through day one on that "diet"

This combination of foods is supposed to help lose weight, not sure why. I am on day one and feeling good.

it's a metabolic diet--military stole it from doctors who came up with it to help patients that were too heavy for surgery drop weight quickly for it.  You can knock off 10 lbs pretty quickly and it's safe to do every week.

It is more than I would normally eat in a day. Maybe it will at least help me get into better habits, smaller portions and less sugars.

im on day two. my only issue is its too much food, lol...the lunch and dinners are seriously over stuffing me!

Lol. Smdh. Eat small portion of chicken breast and 2 cups of veggies every 3 hours and you'll be full and lose weight just as fast-and be losing fat and not muscle
