Mine changed completely.
I used to get it for 7 days and never had any symptoms. After I had my second child, I am in a real shitty mood the day before and when I get it, it last 3-4 days and I constantly get angry for no reason.

Yes!! Mine got worse after every kid. I had my last one 8 months ago and the day before I start I get HORRIBLE cramps. And become a complete b!tch.
