My sister keeps getting a rash under her armpits and doesn't know what it's from. It's not fungal. She's gotten an antibiotic for it before, but it comes back. She doesn't typically wear any deoderant so I don't think it's a reaction to that. Any idea what she could use to get it to go away? Tea tree oil doesn't help.
Eta: She doesn't shave, use antiperspirant or deoderant.
Hmmm..has she tried to stop shaving for a bit and see how it goes from there? I just googled it and that could be one of the causes. Sorry I'm no help :/

Quoting samanthastaatss:Is it her detergent? Or maybe it's a heat rash?
No, she's switched detergents and actually makes her own now and she doesn't have the rash anywhere but her pits. I thought about heat, but it's freezing ass cold where she lives and she doesn't get hot and sweaty. lol
Stop using anti-persperant.... I am allergic and it clogs up my sweat glands causing a terrible painful rash.

That's ok, I still love you. ;) I don't *think* she shaves often but I asked her and am waiting to see her reply.

Maybe she should shower every once and a while.
ZOMG, THAT'S IT!! Thank God Anonymous was there!
Sometimes when I'm alone, I like to Google myself.
Try coconut oil. It works wonders for skin. Or a mix of coconut oil and raw shea butter. I wish her the best.

Is it from shaving?Idk, I just texted her to see if she shaves. I'm sure she does, but probably not often since her dh is only home once every month or two. lol
