Just wad it up and shove it in. I usually just shove it in part way so part is still hanging out and makes it easier to dispose of. It's not bad. Can't feel it. But I have been doing it since I first got my period tons of years ago... Sometimes I just put it between the lips not all up in the business. Try it

Whilst I would never put toilet paper in my who-ha, lol, I have folded multiple layers of toilet paper and wedged them in between the lips... I would be too worried of drying my who-ha out with sticking toilet paper in it. Sometimes you have to be a Mcguyver about these things....

You can yeah, sometimes I do. Sometimes just wad it up and put it between the lips.

Just cause I can and I don't like buying tampons, they're kind of spendy to get each month
