or I could get in shape

Whining isn't attractive and I want my sexy back

Anyhow with Zumba being on Youtube it's super exciting. Next, I am going to  eat a lot of veggies..snack snack on them throughout the day and eat salad. I want to really limit my pasta and dairy. I already limit my meat but I want to stick to lean  meat and CUT OUT processed food a huge majority of the time.

We are on a budget so if you know any good groups for this feel free to mention. Thanks:)

ETA

My food plans(some of them)

I am switching to Almond milk

No eating on cheese as a snack

Snacking on veggies throughout the day

Eat salads( I will get the spritzers since I use so little dressing anyhow).

Lean meat

Watch Carbs

I use myfitnesspal, it works great for me! It shows the % of how much protein, carbs and so on you should eat. It gets a little annoying filling in every little thing I eat, especially because we make most of our meals, but if you put something in there once, it's saved. Good luck.

One of my favorite snacks for losing weight is frozen grapes! They are super sweet so that fix the sugar cravings, and because they're frozen, they take much longer to eat. Also, if you're not a breakfast person, smoothies are a must. I'd never have breakfast if it weren't for those miracles.

I really like your attitude! Good luck losing the weight. I need to lose weight too! I have a new membership to a gym/ aquatic center and I'm hoping to go often. My problem is finding the time to workout.

Myfitnesspal is awesome. I didn't realize how many extra calories I was taking in until I started using it.

 Smoothies rock!

Walmart has Soy protien($9.88)

I dump that in the blender with a cup of skim milk or Orange juice, a cup of frozen fruit and let 'er rip!!  Its good, and filling.  SOmetimes I add in plain non fat greek yogurt too.  I like it super thick...

For meats, I stick with boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I like turkey...and you cannot go wrong with salmon or any fish(good in Omega-3s which women do need).

If i need sweet or crunch....quacker rice cakes(Caramel corn)

Love my veggies and salads too

Im not currently "dieting".  Just staying active and watching my food intake.

If you get bored w/ plain water.  Mio is awesome. I get the Walmart brand, Cherry Limeade.

Try to balance your meals with 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat. Eliminate high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated anything. Keep your blood sugar level through the day, no ups or downs, that will help eliminate your cravings. Good luck.
