If you hated where you live for any reason, neighbors, a dog, ghettoness, location, a leaky roof, ... Could you move? There is more than money to consider when moving like not getting a deposit back, owning the place and being unable to sell, in case of the military not being able to get a release from housing...

So if you wanted to move from where you are right now or needed

no we just signed a new lease at the beginning of december. we can't afford to break the lease. not to mention having to come up with money for deposit and all that on new place. we stuck here till the end of the year.

 I have more than one home, so I could just house hop....if I really wanted to, but I love all of the neighbors I have and have had.

Mine would be both it would never sell for what I need it to sell for and we can't afford it. If there was a job somewhere for my hubby then I'd go and deal, but we'd never get the price we need to have for our first mortgage let alone our second!
