He is 32 today. he picked his friend up and grabbed some beer. he handed me one and went downstairs. I'm upstairs and I put the beer back.
we were supposed to go out last night but we didn't because we stayed too late at his grandma house which is two hours away. I got a sitter and no kids are here and here we are round two and he's downstairs watching football. I'm upstairs alone. seems like I should go do something my myself. the basement isn't finished and its just a tv and some lawn chairs down there and there is nowhere to sit.
I'm so over it!!

Go downstairs with him.  Bring a chair or sit on his lap.  I wouldn't sit alone, I'd go hang out.

*ETA*  And bring snacks!

Personally I would want to spend time with him if it were my SO.

But you could take that time to take a nice relaxing bath with wine and a book or music,or watch a movie?,clean?Go to sleep by yourself?Do whatever it is you do to relax?
