Holy Chit one day I'm going to die? I just had extreme panic set in knowing it will happen one day. I'm not religious and I don't know what is going to happen once it does. The fear of the unknown has just made the reality of death so much more intense. Does the fear make you worried, that maybe you're personal beliefs are not right?

Nope, I haven't had that thought.  I'm grateful for another day, as corny as it sounds, lol.

Fear of dying is normal.  I'm not afraid, but I do know it's normal.  It's not something I've ever feared.

Dying is easy, living is the hard part.

I think about it sometimes...

But I believe in reincarnation, so it doesn't scare me

right after I delivered I would panic about what would happen to my baby if I died.  Wasn't so much worried about me though so not sure if that counts for what you are looking for.

I personally don't have any specific beliefs regarding the afterlife. Whatever happens happens. Death is just a part of life.

I'm atheist and it gives me great comfort. I still fear death because I fear missing out on things, but I don't fear being dead. Not believing in an afterlife means not believing in a bad afterlife.
