Have you ever used someone's fs card?
I have twice, one time my friend needed gas money. She has her masters degree but didn't pass the state test. She had a job but to keep it after she graduated she had to pass the test. She got on PA and I would give her gas money for interviews and she would give me her card.
The other time my son's dad had a low paying job. I let him give me food stamps instead of money.

My best friend forgot her cash at home once and she asked me to buy her sunscreen and she'd pay for my lunch with her FS. I also used her card once to buy food for her and her kids when she was sick. So all in all, I'm guilty of $4 of fraud lol.
