I am a mother to 5, my youngest is not yet one month old. I have PPD and I am really bad right now. Please, just someone, anyone, I am not a troll. Help.

I did. they put me on zoloft, but there are no counselors in my area

 Talk to your doctor, get a therapist - there's not much we can do for you here.. I'm sorry, PPD sucks, but atleast you can admit that there is something wrong. You need to be strong for your kiddos - especially the baby. You need to get some help. ((hugs))

Ppd is nothing to put off. Your OB will help you get the therapy and help you need. Contact them ASAP! Until then, if you are feeling overwhelmed, just set the baby down somewhere safe and step outside for a minute or two to gather your sanity. Deep breaths and take things one step at a time.
