All this "picky" kid discussion has me wondering; how many of you make sandwiches, toast, or other bread required meals with white bread?
I did not have white bread until I was a teen and I loved it! I thought wheat was the only bread most people ate. I obviously saw white bread on shelves but had no idea it tasted so good with peanut butter and jelly.
Now as an adult I eat white bread. I have been known to eat some Sourdough and even some Rye but mostly it's wheat bread in our home.
What about you and your children?

I buy whatever is on sale....so she eats both. We all prefer white, though.
I don't eat white bread. It's chewy, and has no taste. It's just - nothing.
We get 100% whole wheat most of the time, but I've also been known to get rye (one kid loves it), or various artisan breads.
Btw - I grew up eating wheat bread, we never had white bread, processed food, anything like that. First time I tried white bread, i was like "yuck".
I also love love love potato bread but it is so bad for you lol , and I also enjoy sourdough for any type of grilled sandwich.
