Salvation Army or goodwill

guilty conscience much? you asked about tax deductions and where to get one without hassle and i simply answered that we didn't do that. i wasn't being snide at all. i was answering a question that you asked on here, if you noticed I also said that we donate to our local community mission, i didn't just mention the tax deductions.
Quoting CM_Junkie:
It was a snide and judgmental comment plain and obvious.
Quoting mary841108:
wasn't judging, just saying.
Quoting CM_Junkie:
The tax deduction is going to a family in need. Don't judge before you know the facts
Quoting mary841108:
i donate to our local community mission, dh works there so he can take it in with him in the morning. as for tax deductions, i dont donate to get something out of it, we never do the tax thing. i donate because i want to not to get money out of it.

Actually, it is completely legal to discriminate against people based on sexuality. And the SA does it all the time.
Quoting Anonymous:Pretty sure that's illegal and inaccurate.
Quoting Mamasomedaysoon:
I don't know but I heard the salvation army won't offer help/ hire you if you are gay.
We always donate to the DI.

Quoting MrsDavidB25:Have a yard sale instead.
