Should people on PA get tax refunds?

I haven't seen this post yet for the year and its always entertaining.  So should people who are on PA get tax refunds or should it be used to pay back what they've used?  Go!

 You should never get back more than you pay in and if you get a refund and you have taken welfare that tax year it should be deducted!  But that makes too much sense and would help our economy, so it won't happen!

I'm on the fence.  My sister's husband's cousin (did you get all that?) & her husband do not work and somehow still get tax refunds.  They're on every form of PA available, so the fact that they get a refund drives me insane.

It should go toward their benefits they are receiving already.

Yeah sorry I was thinking of people on PA who don't work :) I wasn't even thinking of the people who actually do work while on PA :)

No. I am an avid supporter of public assistance, but I don't support crazy ass refunds for people. I rarely hear people spending them responsibly and saving money.
