1lb chicken breast, cut into strips
Marinating in;
1 package Taco seasoning
3/4 c oil
1/2 c water
2 tbsp white vinegar
______________
Do i drain the marinade and just cook the strips or do i just dump the bag into the pan and do it up?
How would i make a sauce to serve with it over rice if i do drain it?
Any other suggestions? I winged (wung? Wong?) This one from the beginning and I'm stuck.

you would have to boil the marinade to make it safe, I usually do it for 30 -60 seconds
