Tax question that applies to many women on this site

I'd like to know the legal answer.

Can a boyfriend claim his stay at home mom girlfriend on his taxes as a dependent? Does it matter if he is the father of her children or not since she is 100% dependent on him?

Can a boyfriend claim his stay at home mom girlfriend's tuition expenses on his taxes?

You just have to have made under $2500 and he has to have supported you all year...
