Seriously. I know its weird, but I have vaginismis... its when your body tenses up very tightly in that area when anything comes near it, rape victims get it sometimes. well giving birth was HELL, as you can imagine. but then my body overcompensated after and it got even tighter. my husband cant even get a finger in me really, it makes it extremely difficult to have sex..

Maybe start stretching it some. Buy a dildo or something and use it daily to help it get used to being stretched
