Proud of yourself??? Why???

Did my nails last night -- was a manicurist from 1988 - 1995 / still do  my own and friends and my daughter's on occasion --  well i re-did my own last night with a pink and white layover my natural nails correcting the shape so they are square.....  here is my work 

so love how they turned out and so love that i can still pull this off LOL 

here is my daughter's i did over the weekend 

What do you do that just makes you happy and proud of yourself????

I teach private flute lessons. I have 3 students in particular-Middle School aged, that have gone from playing half notes when we started, to some Vivaldi. I have some very happy parents, as well as their Band Instructors, who have been so pleased with their progress that they have asked for my name, and recommended that these girls try out for a Local Youth Symphony. I taught for 5 years prior but it has been about 4 years since I last taught so I am proud that I haven't lost my "touch".    :)

I am proud that I can still crochett after not doing it since I was a kid. I'm also proud that I belly dance and sword fight. not many women do that these days.

Sigh... my nails used to be soooo pretty, I got them done every three weeks. Now alas, I have "mom nails" one day.... maybe..... yours are very pretty.

I love it, sadly between my shoulder & carpal tunnel I am slowing down, but have started dabbling in photography. I love baking though, miss being able to do it all the time:(

i'm usually goood at things i try and i've tried them all crafts, writing, hair and makeup home reapirs  (building and fixing things) but i think my best is cooking  or so i've been told. I wish there was a specific thing, i wish i had a natural talent or gift that i was good at.

That's one I made for the 4th of July, I have to run and get my husband and kids but I'll post a couple of other things I've made when I get home. :)
