Cafe Mom Abbreviations HELP!

So I've been a member of Cafe Mom for a while, but I am so lost!

I see abbreviations all the time in people's post and I have no idea what they mean. Can someone please help a girl out?!?!?!?! 

 I can't name them off the top of my head but I see them all the time for family member names. For example, daughter, husband, son..... and so on.

Can someone tell me what they mean and what the abbreviations are. I have no idea what DH, or anything else for that matter, mean.
