I live on the MS coast,summer days here are 110 degrees and winter days here are 65 degrees. Today dh and I went to Walmart. I couldn't believe the number of SMALL kids with shorts and no jacket. It has been unseasonably cold here the high today was only 55 degrees. That is COLD here. So, I don't understand why these kids aren't dressed for colder weather. It just bugged the piss out of me. Rant over....

It was 8 degrees here and I saw a child walking home from school in a t shirt...pretty ridiculous

Here 65 is still shorts and sandal weather. We even swim in that!

I live in a warmer climate too, when I did live up North 55 degrees was shorts weather--now it's long pants, shoes and socks, and coat weather lol.
