And do you cut it in rectangles squares or triangles?
I had a grilled cheese with sharp cheddar, avocado, and Black Forest ham for lunch. Yum!!! I also like tomatoes and sometimes chopped chicken and satued onion. I can't stand American cheese and always cut my grilled cheese into rectangles.

I've been craving turkey grilled cheese w/ provolone lately (right now I have muenster cheese though). I don't usually cut it, or if I do I cut it diagonal like in triangles. Sometimes I'll have a ham & tomato grilled cheese.
Sometimes plain, sometimes i add pepperoni and pizza sauce, sometimes with ham or with turkey, bacon and tomato.

Ham or bacon and egg, always American cheese.
Always triangles.
Always triangles.

I made grilled ham and colby the other day. We do not eat american cheese either unless it is the only option when eating out. I never buy it. I like triangles.

Usually just American. Occasionally Cheddar or Provelone. If I'm really feeling adventurous, I'll add some ham.

A mixture of cheese, parmesan included, is good. Pesto spread. Herbed garlic butter. Tomato. Bacon. Turkey. Ham.
