This is my foot. My other is just as bad. What do you do to keep your feet moisturized? They're so dry they itch like crazy and I scratch until they bleed.

Pumice stone, scrub with it in the shower. I always forget to moisturize my feet after a shower because I hate the feeling of lotion on my feet. The pumice stone works well. Also moving from the desert helped a ton!

Its called lotion... My husbands feet get really dry, but putting lotion on them every night has made a significant difference.

I do, they always look like that no matter how much I scrub.

Mine are like that too and it's not that they're dirty, it's just from black socks or the rug. Intake my socks off when I get home lol.

Wash, take a pumice stone or foot scraper, and moisturize.

Vaseline on your feet and put socks over them when you go to bed .. My mom had the same problem with her feet to the point hers would crack and she dealt with infections a few times it got so bad.
