1 mom liked this

I actually like to just crunch on ( eat )  the raw noodles , just like that. No flavoring needed.

Yes I'm a freak like you !!

I like it broken up a bit, in a ziploc sandwich bag, then shake all the seasoning in, close and shake.  Great cheap dry snack to fill you up if you are out all day. At home, on my own, I cook it, drain the water off, add the seasoning and a piece of cheese stirred in til is melted. And if ramen is for dinner with son, then two packets, boiled up with whatever veggies are on hand, drain and add seasoning and chopped up cooked chicken.

that sounds really yummy

My husband chops up and browns some onions and carrots in a little bit of olive oil. He adds these to the Ramen along with part of the seasoning packet and some basil and serves it as soup.

It is delicious!

I'm the same way when it comes to it being undercooked a bit lol. Ugh if it's mushy I wont eat it, it's almost as if it taste different..

I use a little less water or else it's like it waters down the flavor. Thats about it nothing special lol.

Oh and I have to eat it when it's super hot, if not the noodles start getting too soft to enjoy.

Damn now I want some..

Also, I only eat the beef flavor. Nothing else.

Quoting Superlaura328:

Cooked (not too much, though - I freaking hate when the noodles get super mushy!). I drain it, use an entire packet of seasoning (or more, if I have rogue seasoning packets lying around, lol), adn then toss it with sriacha. NOM NOM NOM

Surprisingly, I craved ramen while pregnant. I found an awesome way to eat it. Cook it like usual. Drain all but a little bit of water. Add some butter. Add the seasoning - I only use chicken flavor. Then add a tiny bit of garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Amazing! I haven't made it in awhile, but now I might have to buy some. LOL.
