Odd question. Dog uti home remedy?

I think my dog may have a uti. Are there any home remedies I can try before I take her to the vet?

Before anyone says what a jerk I am for not rushing her in right away. This is something I would do for myself before going to a doctor. If its good enough for me its good enough for the dog.

Just curious, how do you know its a urinary tract infection?  I've just never known of a dog that had one

She is squatting a lot and very little pee is coming out or none at all.
