I Hate being FAT. I don't have a really good excuse other then:
1)I've been overweight pretty much my entire life.
2) I'm a single mom who works full time and feel like I really don't have the time/energy to do so.
3) I overeat to compensate feelings of loneliness.
4) A part of me is afraid to enter another relationship again, so I subconsciously eat ALOT so I won't be attractive to the opposite sex.
5) I'm depressed.
I wish I could find the inner strength to stop eating so much and take care of myself. I"m really frustrated with myself and my body. I just can't seem to commit to making a change.
