My mom said a process server came to her house looking for me. I lost my full time job a while ago and am trying my hardest just to feed my family so my credit cards took back seat. I'm sure it's on of them. She told them I lived in a different county which I do but she didn't know my exact address which she doesn't. How do I find out who's suing me? I work part time and really don't want to be served at work. How can I contact them?

It's all public record. Do you know which county you're being sued in?

Not always. It'll be whatever county the suit was filed in. I hope you get it figured out. Good luck.
