Somebody's foot is 11 inches long, they just used that "foot", they never specified which "foot" their sandwich was as long as, problem solved! Lol

While I agree this is completely ridiculous subway didn't help matters when they responded with "the foot long was in no way an indication of length" REALLY it wasn't ?

I'm against frivolous lawsuits but this is about deceptive advertising and I support that, if its not a foot long they need to stop saying it is or they need to actually make it 12 inches.

For one person it isn't that big of a deal but times that by how many people buy from subway daily. Basically subway is saving money on that extra inch, no extra inch no condiments or toppings for it, and that adds up to a lot of savings for subway while taking money out of the pockets of people who expect to get what they paid for.
