Anytime I move my arms a certain way it feels like something on my right shoulder blade is ripping and then bleeding, its been like this for the last 3 months. Idk what is going on, I've checked it a few times to make sure I wasn't actually bleeding, wtf? Any ideas?

I know I should, but I keep forgetting about it until it happens because its not an all the time thing but its often. But I would like to have at least an idea on what it could be

A gall bladder can cause that?
