it feels like the side of my shoulder blade is being ripped open

Anytime I move my arms a certain way it feels like something on my right shoulder blade is ripping and then bleeding, its been like this for the last 3 months. Idk what is going on, I've checked it a few times to make sure I wasn't actually bleeding, wtf? Any ideas?
