Are you the "affectionate" type?

I'm not and hubby is. Idk why I have never been and lately my hubby says I'm not affectionate and he wants me to be. Ok and he asks now? Anyway I would like tips on how to be more affectionate I guess? Not just in bed but overall. I grew up with parents who weren't affectionate so I guess it's wasn't a big deal until now.

1 mom liked this
Touch him as you walk by.

Kiss the top of his head when he's sitting on the couch and you walk by.

Hold his hand more often.

Go up behind him and wrap your arms around him and give him a quick kiss on the neck

Stuff like that

My relationship sounds just like yours. My dh is very affectionate and I'm not. He knew this before marrying me. Sometime I try and he thinks it always means sex.

Good advice! Some people need just that random "touch" to feel like they are being seen, if that makes sense. It doesn't have to be anything big and there is no technique or anything. Lol.
