ETA::::Thanks for the responses. All I have around me, are families with a lot of family support and they get date nights regularly. We do not:( So planning is very important.  I see most of you are in the same boat! Misery loves company I guess!! hehehehe

No one, he's an adult and doesn't live at home.

A few times a week we go out for date night. We have date night at home almost every nigh ;-)

Some times we go to dinner, sometimes a movie and sometimes both. No one watches the kids because they are old enough to be home alone (18, 19, and 22) Our biggest problem is getting them to not call or text us while we are out. We try to do date night about once a month when we have the extra cash.

The answer to all of that varies. Ds stays with SIL, MIL or my mom usually. Sometimes we go to dinner and sometimes we stay home. Whatever we do we have fun so it really doesn't matter. We also visit friends but we don't call those date nights. LOL As for how often, sometimes it's a few times a week and sometimes we won't get away for a month.

What we do differs each time. Sometimes we visit friends, go to the mall or leave the state and go somewhere fun! Right now we're in Orlando. We're from georgia.

 We very rarely have a date night. We would usually go out to dinner and take our time. DH's parents will watch DD for us. We had a date night in Dec, the last one before that was ummm...maybe our anniversary in May?
