It's probably gas , get on your hands a knees and rock back and forth until you fart.

When this was happening to me...........it was a muscle stretching.

Gas. You may be able to take Rolaids. Or do what the first reply suggests.

Its likely ligament stretching.. Even still, i would check with your doctor. Gas/dehydration could be a likely cause too... Try drinking more water...

Gas/dehydration makes sense. I've been nauseous and vomiting like crazy since Tuesday. I haven't even been able to eat a meal and actually keep it in my body.

Round ligament pain. Totally normal. If the pain increases to the point where its literally unbearable, like you can't move or breath call your Dr.

Even if you can't eat, drink. Always have water available.
