Do they take meds or do you use supplements?
How did you know they had it?
If your child does have it do they play sports? And how does them have it affect the team??

She is on Concerta. We knew she had it when she managed to tour the kindergarten classroom without leaving her chair.

My son takes meds and vitamin. He is autistic and has adhd. We couldn't get him to calm down at all. He was always all over the place and couldn't concentrate on anything for more than 4 mins. We tried therapy, diet changes and everything else his doctors recommended but nothing worked. He is almost 8 and just started meds a few months ago. His behavior is a lot better. He is doing better in school and is actually working really well with his in school counselor now. He is still is very hyper but he is at a functional level that we can help him control.

We do meds. We finally figured out it was the problem when he would never calm down, he would never shut up literally, he was getting frustrated from never stopping, and it was causing emotional issues at school.
