Home remedies for tired and achy feet?

My feet hurt! I am on them 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. Today my heels started hurting SO bad I can barely walk. I have been soaking them in my foot bath with epsom salt, but no relief yet. Anyone have any home remedies that might help my sore feet?

Sorry, I wish. :( I am 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and my feet and legs are really swollen and they hurt so bad. I'm stalking the answers to this post.

Fill a 2 liter soda bottle with water and freeze it then roll your feet on it for 15 mins or so (if you can tolerate it that long). It helps the inflammation.

I only know that inserts made specifically for you will help. That only works if you've got health insurance that will cover a podiatrist.

Epsom salt soak with warm water and then elevate. You can also add peppermint oil and lavender oil into the soak.

LOL! As soon as I get home I take a hot shower and sit in my recliner with my feet up.
