Dd is set.my parents put away 2k for her in a cd that neither me or DH can touch.either way that money will be saved

Hell yeah,for house I will use it in a heartbeat but I still got a few years to go before that happens.

I hate that! We just came into some money and now have family we haven't talk to in years coming out of the wood work

Lol I use that phrase all the time. The best part is I actually carry a knife and I have no qualms about using it.

That sucks, I'm sorry. I cut off all my family, and then we got an insurance settlement, and it was so nice to be able to worry about our kids' needs rather than anyone else's.
