I personally want to punch the living shit out of those moms. Especially in winter and the window has a tiny 1 inch crack for the 2nd hand to escape.

Not my business. Is it a good thing? No. But remember that generations of kids grew up just like that. And you know - most were just fine.

IMO it's not something anyone in general should do. I don't have a heart for the parent of a child with asthma because of their stupidity. I am saddened for the child because they don't know better- but the parent does.
