How can I fix saggy skin??? Pics

I was actually in my bikini which I wore under my wet suit today already.  I don't ever wear it out, I always wear a one piece unless I have my wet suit on, then its more comfortable to wear my 2 piece .

Ok, here is the deal ladies, I have saggy skin on my stomach!  Short of plastic surgery, how the heck can I fix it??? My skin is stretched out from my pregnancy with DS.  My hip bones and rib bones stick out but my freaking stomach is all stretched out plus I have surgical scars.  So, tell me what worked for you...  how the hell can I get the skin to go back to normal???  I'm a size 2 and I work out like crazy.  I have no room left to lose weight, I have to find another way to tone it, but as much as I tone it, it still is saggy.  Also, I had to be cut vertical and horizontal during my pregnancy to do a c section then my abs tore vertical creating a huge abdominal wall hernia which had to be stitched from my ribs to my belly button :( Also, from the surgeries my stomach is lopsided lol.  Ok help me out here-- How can I fix the skin???

PS again, please be as nice as you can I'm being brave for posting this....  Also, that white bag is for goodwill all the stuff DS has grown out of in the last month!  LOL I know someone would say something so I'm nippng that in the bud right now!  :)

^^ Posted my ass because I know someone is gonna say something... I don't even have celulite on my ass. its ALL in the stomach!  Also, that bag is DS's stuff going to good will lol

We need to start a "buy betty a tummy tuck" fund.

You DO NOT need surgery. There's a mom on here that lost tons of weight and she toned up and her stomach didn't sag. She still had stretchmarks though. Anyway, you look great!

Untrue.  Everyone's bodies are different.  The elasticity on her skin looks shot.  Nothing will fix that other than abdominoplasty.

No exercise honestly. Just eating better and regular plain coconut oil.

Quoting .betty.white.:

Holy crap! What exercise have you Bern doing? What brand and where do you get it??

Quoting Anonymous:

This is after.

It was the eating better that did it, not the coconut oil.

Cute suit! I don't know of any ways to fix the skin other than surgery. Sorry :(

that is a loss of skin elasticity... so nothing you can do short of tummy tuck (ie. no exercise can fix that/make it tighter).

How did I lose it?  LOL.  That seems like a dumb quesiton but I don't understand.  Lots of people have kids that don't have stomachs that sag like mine.

everyone's skin is different.  i know plenty of moms who have multiple kids with no loss of elasticy and then i know moms who only have 1 kid and their skin is very saggy.

the amount of collagen produced in our bodies decline with age.  factor in rapid stretching of skin (with [multiple] pregnancies), our genetics, our age and what we eat are all contributing factors in the health of our skin.
