S/O: Can you Ever Know for Sure Spouse Won't Cheat?

Is it possible to know for sure your spouse won't cheat? I'm talking literally know s/he won't, not faith/trust that s/he won't.
I won't give my opinion, as I don't want to sway the results.
Ive been with mine for 30 yrs and he never has. I've never even suspected, had an inkling, or anything else. He's a very trustworthy man.
He told me once...if nothing else, he needs to know I can depend on him and trust him. And he has proven that.
I would love to say yes, but the reality is "no." Nothing in life is certain and circumstances and people change.

I don't think you can know for sure, like with proof, but I think you can "know". lol
I'm not sure if anyone will get that, but that's how I think of it.
I think many people will say they know for sure. I know I used to say it...that is, until it happened to me. We worked through it and came out with a stronger marriage than before, but I learned the hard way to never say never.
People say, "you will get sick of it and cheat," and that's not true. That's a total bitch move. I love him and he is still the same man.
